Schedule: Monday - Friday, office hours

Pay: $15/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee administrative tasks, including supply and data management
  • Prepare and type memos, letters, and essential legal documents
  • Organize and maintain office files, correspondence, and logs
  • Monitor postage and coordinate vehicle sign-outs and mileage logs
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained
  • Assist with receptionist duties as needed and support office operations




What We're Looking For:



  • Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in secretarial procedures, office systems, and modern practices
  • Excellent English, spelling, and vocabulary accuracy
  • Ability to type 55 words per minute with precision
  • Self-motivated and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
