Nurse Navigator Mercy Clinic Surgical Oncology - Coletta 4401 W. McAuley Blvd Oklahoma City, OK 73120 Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week Overview: The Nurse Navigator is nursing specialist who follows patients across the continuum of care. The Navigator coordinates with an advanced level of clinical expertise, all aspects of treatment and care for, and in collaboration with, Mercy's patients, their family and significant others, physicians, interdisciplinary team, and other support staff.
