The Opportunity
As a Program Manager, TA Product Experience at Adobe, you will play a vital role in optimizing global recruiting processes. You will be a key player in crafting the future of our recruitment operations, driving solutions for both long-term and immediate priorities. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring flawless execution and implementing innovative strategies in a world-class organization.
What you'll Do
- Simultaneously manage both the tactical and strategic elements of Global TA's sourcing products and experiences.
- Collaborate independently with cross-functional partners to ensure successful feature and process improvements throughout the sourcing stage.
- Provide strategic leadership in design thinking and support vision development for innovation within Global TA.
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, design, and development of Adobe's candidate sourcing programs.
- Establish, devise, and implement TA programs and initiatives that are centered on sourcing, streamlining the sourcing process and technology.
- Analyze and report on program outcomes using industry-standard approaches and benchmarking to make data-driven recommendations on continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify the need for new areas of analysis or gaps in existing product lines. Build clear and informative visualizations to provide insights into processes and products for leaders and teams.
- Establish productive project schedules and interact with customers to ensure project success.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including DE&I, EX Tech, Finance, People Analytics, Total Rewards, Talent Marketing, and more.
- Drive operational excellence and global alignment across our hiring processes and systems to align with Adobe's priorities.
- Translate strategic business decisions into results with clear success criteria.
- Establish and maintain SOPs, user guides, and knowledge articles.
What you need to succeed
- 8+ years in TA Operations and/or HR product or project management.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree and/or an advanced degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Equivalent business experience preferred, such as an MBA or a similar qualification.
- Experience with TA systems such as Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights, Phenom CRM, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Substantial decision-making authority with the ability to mentor junior program managers.
- Proven ability to manage complete product cycles and make smart feature versus time-to-market tradeoffs.
- Excellent organizational, planning, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with a desire for action and operational rigor.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects using project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to operate collaboratively and influence as a trusted partner.
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a constantly evolving business landscape and ability to develop strategy despite uncertainty.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $107,600 -- $197,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
