*SharePoint: Development/admin - 50% in SharePoint / 50% ad hoc support picking up the slack. o Create pages o Create publication sites o Take existing site and move web parts around *MS Office Suite are key. *Providing day-to-day support *Creating lists / adding libraries into existing sites. *Project management (small/mid-size projects) focused around data *Site migrations - wrapping up now *Off-prem Azure-based platform - M365 platform o Clean up work in SharePoint *Web apps / web parts / reorganization *Power Platforms: PowerAutomate / Power BI / PowerFlow oTaking lists and creating power apps off of them Challenges: Collaboration - Candidates needs to step out of their comfort zone to communicate and understand what the customer's requirements are. The Knowledge Management Specialist is responsible for executing sophisticated knowledge and data management projects and collaborating with our business partners to develop strategy and implement plans to ensure that accurate and complete information is readily accessible to meet organizational needs. This role will provide subject matter expertise on knowledge and data management, associated tools and best standards. Problem solving, analyzing and interpreting advanced-level operational knowledge and data management challenges and using judgement to create, modify and improve processes are all keys to success. Responsibilities/Expectations: - Consults and collaborates with customers to identify problems that can be resolved using knowledge management processes and approaches across the organization - Identifies areas of opportunity and gaps in knowledge flow; advises and leads efforts to close gaps and ensures that information is available to support safe and reliable operations and compliance - Executes on and supports enterprise-wide knowledge and data governance improvement initiatives by promoting knowledge management processes and approaches - Monitors and evaluates knowledge management program, including external benchmarking - Collaborates with our business partners to share information about the organization's knowledge management program - Monitors the effectiveness, maintenance and use of IT tools and systems as they apply to knowledge management and implements improvements - Executes on and participates in cross functional and geographically diverse teams to resolve unique and sophisticated challenges *Skills* SharePoint *Top Skills Details* SharePoint *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Education/Years of Experience: Required: Bachelor's degree in IT or a business-related field; a minimum seven (5) years' experience in the energy industry, IT or Knowledge Management Other Requirements: * Proficiency in continuous improvement/quality methodologies * Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Power Applications & Integrations * SharePoint power user or admin level experience * Prior experience as a strong facilitator * Strong project management experience * Solid understanding of the principles of knowledge management * Knowledgeable about current technology and social tools that support knowledge management *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
