*Description*
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for managing incoming service requests received via email and phone and accurately entering the information into our system for dispatch. You will provide excellent customer service by providing solutions to any customer concerns and adapting to new processes, as necessary. Service requests will be servicing: commercial buildings. *Top Skills' Details* **1 year admin/data entry experience 1 year call center experience is acceptable if candidates performed high volume email and chat support. This is not a heavy call volume role 1 year experience working from home within the last 2 years. *Skills* Call center, Microsoft office, Clerical, Inbound call, Order entry, Microsoft excel, Data entry *Additional Skills & Qualifications* CANDIDATES NEED TO SIT IN PHOENIX METRO AREA Attention to detail is HUGE, data entry/order entry Multitasking between phone and chat/order entry correspondence. Strong problem solving capabilities Experience using multiple screens at previous employer They don't like the traditional call center person, like someone similar to an Optum where they do some phones but are multitasking and looking up customers information. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
