Junior to Mid-Level PHP Developer

We’re a growing team based in the Greater Milwaukee Area looking to bring on a passionate PHP developer who’s eager to make an impact. If you enjoy building websites that not only work beautifully but are built on clean, maintainable code — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, customize, and maintain websites built with WordPress and Drupal

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented PHP code

• Work with front-end developers and designers to bring projects to life

• Assist with site migrations, updates, plugin development, and performance optimization

• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing technical support

What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in PHP development

• Solid experience with WordPress and Drupal (theming, plugins, admin configuration)

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL

• Git version control experience

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Bonus Points For

• Familiarity with headless CMS or decoupled architecture

• Experience working with REST APIs or GraphQL

• Exposure to hosting environments (e.g., WP Engine, AWS, or other managed WP platforms)
