Art Therapy Intern

• Assess, develop, implement and evaluate Art Therapy interventions to address the age-specific psychosocial and physiological needs of hospitalized adults and their families
• Plan and implement art therapy groups for inpatients/outpatients/staff
• Mentor practicum students/volunteers as appropriate
• Professional growth, information sharing and collaboration
• Create and implement innovative ways to expand visibility, research, accountability in the art therapy profession

• Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
