Position Summary

Oversee workforce training programs under the Partners in Advancing Talent in Healthcare (PATH) Grant, ensuring compliance with funding guidelines. Lead program development, execution, and progress tracking. Coordinate partners and activities, ensure completion of deliverables, and conduct grant management activities Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure success, enhance partnerships, and support organizational goals in administration, academics, student support, and community relations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated expertise in grant management, specifically with U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) funding and compliance regulations.

  • Strong understanding of workforce development, career pathways, and the healthcare industry sector workforce needs.

  • Ability to manage project work plans, track participant progress, and ensure data collection procedures are in line with federal guidelines.

  • In-depth knowledge of industry-recognized credentials and how they align with training programs.

  • Capacity to support grant-funded evaluations, including data analysis and reporting.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including workforce development partners and employers.

  • Ability to navigate and manage compliance documentation for federal reporting and evaluation.

  • Knowledge of participant tracking systems, performance measures, and financial reporting mechanisms.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.

  • At least 3 years of experience in grant management, workforce development, or similar roles.

  • Official transcripts will be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, design, execution, and monitoring of grant-funded workforce programs under the PATH Grant, ensuring compliance with internal policies and funder guidelines.

  • Coordinate the development and submission of grant proposals, including budget development and resource allocation.

  • Collaborate with faculty, community-based organizations, and external partners to enhance recruitment, marketing, and participant engagement within targeted sectors.

  • Ensure proper tracking and analysis of program deliverables in line with grant objectives and timelines.

  • Serve as a liaison between Dallas College and funding agencies, ensuring adherence to all required reporting, including financial, narrative, and performance data.

  • Develop strategies for program sustainability and self-sufficiency, including building strong partnerships with employers and industry leaders.

  • Lead cross-district teams and committees for effective project management and ensure the achievement of project milestones.

  • Manage participant enrollment, ensuring accurate tracking in compliance with the grant's requirements.

  • Participate in professional development and training to maintain up-to-date knowledge on compliance, governmental regulations, and industry best practices.

  • Performs other duties as assigned to support the PATH project's success.
