Position Summary The Director of Enterprise Infrastructure amp; Cloud Services provides strategic leadership for the design, implementation, and operational excellence of OSUWMCs enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and data center services. This role ensures that OSUWMCs technology foundation is secure, resilient, scalable, and aligned with healthcare, research, and academic priorities. As a key IT executive, the Director collaborates with OSUWMC leadership across the enterprise, IT teams, and clinical stakeholders in all areas of the medical center to develop and execute a modern infrastructure strategy, ensuring 24/7 service availability, optimal performance, and compliance with industry regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST). This position is responsible for leading a high-performing team of engineers, cloud architects, and infrastructure specialists, overseeing multi-cloud platforms, enterprise networks, compute, storage, and mission-critical applications such as Epic. The Director also plays a critical role in cybersecurity strategy, ensuring infrastructure adheres to InfoSec policies, risk management frameworks, and enterprise security initiatives.The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a strong technical foundation, experienced in enterprise-scale IT transformation, cloud adoption, automation, and operational excellence in regulated environments. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT Management, or related field and 10 years of IT leadership experience, managing IT teams in a complex, enterprise-scale environment. Seeking candidates with a strong background in infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise platforms; expertise in multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid cloud strategies; experience implementing automation, AI-driven monitoring, and self-healing IT operations; knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST, ISO 27001).
