Job Description We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of GxP Training to join our GxP Process Operation Center (GPOC). This individual will lead the evolution of our enterprise GxP training strategy, learning systems, and governance, ensuring they scale effectively with Vertex's rapid growth. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in leading GxP training functions within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology organization of similar or larger scale, with deep expertise in quality systems, learning technology, and cross-functional leadership. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the GxP learning strategy as a business owner, driving enterprise-wide training initiatives, and building a future-ready training infrastructure. The successful candidate will be a strong relationship-builder across the organization - particularly with the Quality organization and GxP stakeholders - and will bring a continuous improvement mindset to make people, process, and technology fit-for-purpose. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
