  • Champion a unified approach to training matrices, role-based learning paths, curriculum design, learning analytics, and performance support tools.
  • Actively lead and drive cross-functional improvement projects and strategic initiatives as a business owner, with full accountability for outcomes.
  • Oversee and improve systems supporting GxP documents and records, ensuring strong alignment between training and documentation compliance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of training professionals; foster a high-performance culture and support professional development.
  • Embed continuous improvement practices across learning processes and technologies to ensure training remains fit-for-purpose and audit-ready.
  • Bring an operational mindset to also support training in early-stage or pre-commercial organizations; such experience is strongly desired.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in GxP training leadership roles within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • Proven success managing enterprise learning functions as part of or in close partnership with a Quality organization, including ownership of document and records systems.
  • Deep knowledge of LMS platforms (e.g., ComplianceWire, Veeva Vault, Cornerstone (preferred), LXP platforms, SCORM/xAPI standards, and adult learning methodologies.
  • Familiarity with training matrices, capability frameworks, content development tools (Articulate, Captivate), virtual and blended learning models, and learning analytics tools.
  • Strategic and hands-on experience delivering learning solutions that meet both business and regulatory expectations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale initiatives and cross-functional transformations as a business owner and key decision-maker.
  • Strong project leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills; able to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience leading and developing direct reports; known for building high-performing, engaged teams.
  • Prior experience in pre-commercial or early-stage pharma/biotech settings is strongly desired.
