General Purpose: This position is an entry level position responsible for creating and managing programs aimed at onboarding, developing, and improving our dealer channel partners to help them achieve success within North America. This position leads cross-functionally and with our dealer partners to roll out new or annual programs that require training, change management, and maintenance. Essential Functions:
- Manage the Dealer Incentive program and lead the evolution of our Dealer Incentive experience in collaboration with MillerKnoll cross-functional partners, the Channel Incentive Management vendor(s), and participating dealers.
- Support the development of our Dealer Certification program by collaborating with internal MillerKnoll partners to educate and report MillerKnoll Certified Dealer metrics to our dealer partners
- Support the execution and deployment of dealer awards
- Partner with MillerKnoll Dealer Marketing teams on the development of Dealer showroom-related programs, Marketing initiatives, and dealer sales technology
- Responsible for the development and upkeep of communications channels related to Dealer Programs, e.g. Omni, The Field Lounge, The Field Focus
- Partner with Sales Enablement and field sales on all activation activities across the Americas, inclusive of new dealer on-boarding, dealer boot camps, and training events for dealer sellers, designers, and leaders
- Support execution of dealer networking and learning events, including but not limited to NextGen/Masterclass, DPAC, DLC and DKC
- Drive adoption and proficiency in Dealer Programs as the resident expert on the team.
- Monitor and coordinate financial activities as appropriate (EAR/CAR submittal). Participate in budget planning and manage budget as required.
- Manage workflow throughout the organization by effectively influencing decisions and conversations both inside and outside of the Dealer ecosystem.
Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years of corporate experience in a business setting,
- Demonstrated understanding of distribution models.
- Ability to work collaboratively and to teach, coach, monitor, and influence key stakeholders.
- Must be able to exercise independent judgment and possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Successful experience with change management principles and demonstrated ability to drive and manage the change process, from strategic planning through implementation and follow-thru.
- Ability to effectively use software and tools used in the HMI office environment.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Expert communication skills, e.g. verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation.
- Must be financially literate and possess business acumen.
- Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without accommodations.
