Government and Transparency Reporting Analyst

As part of the GTR team, supports all functions including commercial, federal and state government pricing, Medicaid rebating, and federal and state aggregate spend reporting.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions

Commercial, Federal and State Pricing Reporting



  • Average price computations and reporting (Medicaid AMP, Best Price and URA, PHS 340B, Medicare ASP, and Veteran Affairs (VA) NFAMP).
  • Assist with facilitation and implementation of government contracts with the VA.
  • Assist with State Price Transparency Reporting.
  • Manage Compendia price reporting.
  • Develop and run ad hoc price modeling.



Medicaid Rebates



  • Downloading, processing, and reconciling of state Medicaid invoices.
  • Analyzing claims data for dispute review.
  • Working with individual states on dispute resolution.
  • Maintain list of finance Purchase Orders.



Federal and State Aggregate Spend Reporting



  • Daily review and validation of expense reports to ensure appropriate data capture related to HCP spend.
  • Review and organization of Third-Party data submitted to Lantheus related to HCP spend.
  • File preparation for data loads.
  • File preparation and organization for quarterly audits.
  • Ad hoc analytics and reporting.



Basic Qualifications



  • BA/BS degree with 5 years progressive experience in pharmaceutical compliance programs related to pricing and/or provider spend.
  • Prior experience in Government Pricing, Medicaid and/or Open Payment reporting desired.



Other Requirements



  • Analysis and problem-solving skills to resolve operational problems and improve group performance.
  • Ad hoc tasks to support team as requested by management.
  • Exceptionally strong organizational skills including deadline, detail and results orientation to manage workflow across the team.
  • Maintains current knowledge of, and ensure all functional work activities are conducted in compliance with the full range of related internal and external systems, technology, regulatory requirements and related policies and procedures.
  • Prefer experience in a busy, regulated environment at a small or mid-size company.
