SUMMARY

The Junior Billing Systems Administrator will support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Zuora and related billing platforms. This role will focus on ensuring the scalability and optimization of billing workflows, assisting with system configurations, and supporting integrations between Zuora and financial platforms like NetSuite. The ideal candidate will have experience in subscription billing and a strong understanding of Zuora's functionalities.

This role offers a hybrid schedule in our Lehi office (3 days in office, 2 days work from home).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop Zuora workflow automation and ensure scalable subscription billing processes.
• Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Zuora billing systems.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Product teams to support billing-related requirements.
• Assist in managing system integrations between Zuora, NetSuite, and other financial tools.
• Monitor system performance and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support reporting needs by extracting and analyzing billing data.
• Help document processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Work with senior team members to drive continuous improvement in billing operations.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & TRAINING:

• 1-2 years of experience in a billing systems administrator role or similar.
• Experience with Zuora, including workflows and subscription billing processes, is required.
• Strong understanding of billing operations in a SaaS or subscription-based business is essential.
• Familiarity with Liquid programming language for Zuora templates is beneficial.
• SQL knowledge for data analysis and reporting is a plus.
• Experience integrating Zuora with NetSuite is advantageous.
• Knowledge of automation tools and API integrations is helpful.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
