What You Will Do:

  • Use computer aided design (CAD) software to model components, oilfield skids, piping, vessels, and other assemblies.
  • Utilize Oracle ERP software to create part numbers and maintain parts list.
  • Assist engineering team in new product development and sustaining engineering projects.
  • Assist sales team with drawing request and modifications.
  • Provide manufacturing up to date drawings and material callouts.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and quality to ensure parts meet the drawing specifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • This safety-sensitive role may be subject to employer or customer drug testing
  • Associates Degree in Drafting & Design or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years of experience drafting
  • AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Vault and Microsoft suite
  • Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with oilfield products such as pumps, skids, piping, and vessels
  • Hydraulic jet pump experience
  • Knowledge of piping classes and flange ratings
  • Material selection experience

  • Work primarily occurs in a heated and air-conditioned manufacturing environment
  • Hazards include proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current or exposure to chemicals
  • Atmospheric conditions that affect the respiratory system or skin may include fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation
  • Potential skin exposure to oils and other cutting fluids
  • Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as required
