Job Summary
The Legal Operations Manager will be an integral part of our Legal team, supporting our operations throughout the United States. This individual will assist employment lawyers with litigation, data management, and litigation reporting. This position will be 100% remote and report to our Deputy General Counsel.

Your Role & Responsibilities



  • Collect, analyze, and manage litigation data related to payroll records for class action lawsuits and PAGA claims
  • Compile key data from various company systems to support effective management of litigation matters nationwide
  • Collaborate with various departments and branch offices to ensure accurate and comprehensive data collection for litigation
  • Identify potential risks and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Perform internal audits of payroll records and documentation to detect discrepancies
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate litigation data reporting
  • Recommend improvements in data usage, processes, and litigation management and reporting for the legal team and implement adopted improvements
  • Administer Legal Tracker and other legal systems
  • Assist with preparation of quarterly compliance reports
  • Work with legal counsel to maintain accurate litigation exposure estimates
  • Perform additional litigation and legal operations duties as assigned.

Preferred Education & Experience



  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • 10+ years of experience working with payroll data in the staffing industry

The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $105,000 to $135,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
