POSITION SUMMARY:

The Campus Recruitment Team at Milliman, Global Corporate Services (GCS) is seeking a highly motivated Campus Recruiting Specialist to join our team and support our early talent recruitment initiatives. This role requires an innovative, self-motivated individual with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker with exceptional organizational and time management abilities, a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

As a Campus Recruiting Specialist, the person in this role will play a key role in event logistics, candidate communication, recruitment operations, and data analysis. This person will assist in executing university engagement strategies, maintaining recruitment tools, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment & Candidate Engagement:



  • Explore opportunities to engage with early career talent through campus events and outreach efforts.
  • Conduct scope calls with candidates to assess their qualifications and interests.
  • Assist the Campus Recruitment Manager with reports, university core school evaluations, university playbook updates, intern handbook revisions, Yello management, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive intern Lunch and Learn program to enhance the internship experience.
  • Support recruitment functions, including maintaining records, reporting, and compliance tracking.
  • Provide timely follow-up communications to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Perform other duties and miscellaneous special projects as assigned.


Event Planning & Logistics:



  • Oversee and coordinate event calendar invites, ensuring seamless scheduling and organization.
  • Facilitate preparation calls, including scheduling, attending, and distributing follow-up materials.
  • Track and analyze event data, share insights, and execute follow-up activities.
  • Generate and distribute QR codes or links for event sign-ins.
  • Track and oversee swag inventory, monitoring stock levels and coordinating shipments.
  • Assist with Intern Summer Conference planning and logistics.


Recruitment Operations & Technology:



  • Maintain and update event tools for college recruitment initiatives.
  • Update and refine debrief decks for recruitment events.
  • Manage resume books in Yello (CRM) by exporting, organizing, and maintaining candidate records, Event Central, and pre-recorded videos.


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • The ideal candidate must have minimum 1 year of experience working in a campus recruitment team or in a similar capacity.
  • The ideal candidate must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • The ideal candidate must have previous experience with ATS/CRM systems, event management tools, and recruitment platforms (e.g., Yello, Handshake, SharePoint).
  • The ideal candidate must have the ability to analyze data, create reports, and build PowerPoint presentations to support recruitment strategies.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling candidate records and event logistics.


  • Must have outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must have strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
  • Must have the ability to contribute to candidate communication strategies, ensuring a positive employer brand.
  • Must have strong time management and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Must have the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must be a proactive problem solver who adapts to challenges in a fast-paced recruitment environment.


    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:



    • Previous experience in a professional, team-based environment, preferably within professional services or corporate recruiting.


    LOCATION:

    This is a remote role. This job posting is expected to close on May 15th, 2025

    ROLE CLASSIFICATION

    This is a full-time, non-exempt role with eligibility for overtime after 40 hours of work per week.

    COMPENSATION:

    The salary range for this role is $42,000 - $81,000, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc.
