Responsibilities The OHH RCM Quality & Performance Manager will be an integral part of the Business Office leadership team, focusing on overall quality and performance of the department. The Q&P Manager will oversee a small group of specialists who will focus on vendor onboarding and other third-party integrations within the RCM space, vendor provisioning & ongoing requests, vendor performance audits and training, as well as internal team member audits and subsequent training. The goal of the Q&P Manager is to use industry standard metrics to document performance baselines, working with owning area leaders to implement training plans to improve overall quality metrics year over year. They will be the key liaison for all vendors to ensure their service level agreements are met and in line with department goals. The Manager will provide objective evaluation for internal teams to evaluate inventory distribution and escalations between internal and external teams. They will make recommendations on training gaps or opportunities, as well as potential third-party agreement revisions as needed. The Manager will develop a project management cadence and train junior employees on effective project management to accomplish department goals, supported by data and quality measurements. Oversees all third-party contract terms, pricing, and valuation, and conduct annual ROI review to support rate renegotiations based on performance and prevailing industry rates. Coaches and trains a junior project manager to assist with all department projects, keeping project plans updated and communicated to ensure timely and successful targets. Creates thorough onboarding project plans to ensure seamless and timely vendor integration. Works with IT resources to clearly communicate vendor requirements and prioritizations of other efforts. Works with trainer to oversee all end user training for internal and external users, ensuring standardization for onboarding. Qualifications Education: Associate's degree in Healthcare, Business, Finance, or Information Systems is preferred, or experience in lieu of education. PMP is preferred but not required. Experience: Minimum of three (4) years of Revenue Cycle, Vendor Management, or Project Management, with at least two (3) directly in Insurance Follow-Up, Denials, or Self-Pay/Bad Debt. Offshore resource management experience is strongly encouraged. Epic experience is a plus. Project Management is preferred. Working Knowledge: Must possess a foundational knowledge of RCM best practices, contract management, compliance, and data analytics, to include Epic Analytics Catalogue, and intermediate Excel skills.
