Delivery Lead

We are looking for a Delivery Lead for our client, a financial services company in Los Angeles, CA.

This is a 6-month long contract, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid role (on-site work Tuesdays through Thursdays, transitioning to Monday through Thursday beginning 9/8/25) located in Los Angeles, CA.

Job Description

In this role, you will own the accountability for project delivery, ensuring that marketing campaigns are executed to the highest standards. You'll manage the backlog and coordinate tasks across multiple teams, while keeping leadership and stakeholders informed of progress and potential issues. Your responsibilities include facilitating daily stand-up meetings, leading retrospectives, and fostering open dialogue within the team to address roadblocks and improve team dynamics. Additionally, you will track delivery metrics, help improve estimation efforts, and ensure project submissions meet legal review standards. You will also be instrumental in ensuring team coverage and capacity are understood, while driving improvements in transparency and stakeholder trust.

Summary

The Delivery Lead oversees and ensures the successful execution of marketing campaigns, managing tactical delivery from start to finish. This role is crucial in coordinating work, ensuring adherence to standards, and fostering effective communication within the team. You will be responsible for guiding the team through the full delivery cycle, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of quality. The ideal candidate is proactive, has a strong ability to manage multiple teams, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 5-7 years of experience in project delivery or similar roles
• Passion for marketing and project management with a strong foundation in team coordination and execution
• Proficient in project management tools and communication platforms, with strong leadership and organizational skills
• Familiar with both digital and traditional marketing techniques, and experienced with paid media
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on efficiency and quality
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines, and project scopes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including facilitating meetings and team retrospectives
• Proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions, with a continuous improvement mindset

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar or related role, with a focus on project delivery
• Basic business and industry knowledge, particularly in marketing and related financial products

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $60 - $64 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
