Meet the Team

Looking for a career in the most exciting growth area for Production network sales, then WEB is the place to be! The Account Manager will be responsible for effectively selling to various roles across the Amazon AWS business and work as part of a larger account team serving Amazon globally. You will have a background in delivering strategic wins, an expertise working with a diverse partner base and a consistent track record of exceeding goals. You have large global account management experience and familiarity with navigating complex buying situations. You will be working closely with leading technologies and develop compelling offerings. This role requires a balance between technical expertise and business acumen. You will build relationships and become and advisor at all levels of our clients, understanding their business and delivering high impact business outcomes. You bring your experience in optical networking to the business.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your deep understanding of their business needs and aligning them with our innovative solutions.
  • Be a great teammate who thrives in a collaborative environment and works seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver value.
  • Your exceptional interpersonal skills, strategic approach, and ability to navigate complex sales cycles will be critical to your success.
  • Act as a hunter and farmer mentality with customers to drive growth.
  • Provide insights from customer interactions and market trends, to enhance the development and refinement of effective sales strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience selling semiconductor and components to ODM, CM and Hyper Scaler clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of the technology landscape and the unique needs of our clients
  • Strong understanding of the semiconductor design chain and ecosystem
  • Validated sales experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically in chip design and product engineering services

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Technical expertise in SP Routing, DC architectures and AI Infrastructure
  • Experience providing thought leadership, strategic thinking to effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal) and influence cross-functionally
