Digital Content & Social Media Strategist Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Benefits Location: Hybrid - West Palm Beach Metro Area (Local candidates only; must reside within commuting distance) Industry: Digital Media Vaco by Highspring is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a client. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly creative, fast-moving team that produces content designed to inform, inspire, and engage on a global scale. ?? Please Note: This is a hybrid position requiring regular, in-person collaboration in the West Palm Beach metro area. Only candidates currently living within commuting distance will be considered. This is not a remote or relocation opportunity. We are conducting a highly selective search for a Digital Content & Social Media Strategist to lead the production of high-quality, social-first content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is an experienced content creator who understands how to bring a brand's message to life through storytelling, strategy, and platform-native execution. This position requires hands-on experience producing professional-grade content for established brands or organizations. Candidates with only entry-level, personal, or freelance-only projects may not meet the requirements for this role. Exceptional freelance experience will be considered only if it includes: Ongoing work for nationally recognized companies, public figures, or agencies Content for brands with 100K+ followers, verified accounts, or high audience engagement Campaigns with measurable results (e.g., reach, conversions, or audience growth) If your work cannot be publicly shared due to NDAs or confidentiality, please be prepared to describe your specific contributions, outcomes, and the scope of brands you've supported during the interview process. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creative Development Develop and implement platform-specific content strategies aligned with audience insights and business goals Pitch and create original, scroll-stopping content concepts tailored for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms Monitor social trends and digital culture to shape timely, relevant content Content Creation & Production Lead the end-to-end production process: concepting, scripting, filming, and editing Capture both short-form video and stills in-studio and on-location Maintain a strong creative voice while aligning content with visual and brand standards Brand Asset Development Collaborate with designers and marketers to build templates, campaign visuals, and branded assets Ensure consistency across all platforms while keeping content dynamic and fresh Collaboration & Campaign Integration Align content with product launches, live events, and integrated campaigns Partner cross-functionally with internal and external creatives Performance Tracking & Optimization Measure performance across platforms and apply insights to continuously improve content Run creative tests (A/B, format variations, etc.) to optimize engagement and reach Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of recent, full-time experience producing digital content in a professional setting Proven ability to own and execute social-first video campaigns from concept to completion Proficient in tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, or Canva Demonstrated success creating high-performing content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn Must currently reside in the West Palm Beach metro area and be available for regular in-person collaboration Availability for occasional evening or weekend shoots when needed Ideal Candidate Profile Passionate about purpose-driven content and digital storytelling Brings a strategic, brand-minded approach to social media - focused on consistency, narrative, and performance Thrives in a collaborative environment where fast feedback, high standards, and clear mission drive the work Comfortable balancing creativity with data to optimize content and campaigns Client details will only be disclosed to shortlisted candidates.
