Partner with the best

As Sourcing Manager you will develop and execute the global sourcing strategies across assigned product lines. You will drive supply continuity, cost competitiveness, innovation, and risk mitigation for critical materials and components on a global scale.

As a Sourcing Management, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading global sourcing strategies for Drilling Services, aligning with OFSE and Baker Hughes goals and long-term product roadmaps

  • Owning end-to-end supplier lifecycle management, including selection, negotiation, contracting, performance, and exit strategies.

  • Collaborating closely with global product teams to influence design for cost, manufacturability, and supply chain resilience.

  • Establishing and maintaining strategic supplier relationships to ensure innovation, cost leadership, and continuity of supply.

  • Driving cost savings, value engineering initiatives, and working capital improvements.

  • Leading global contract negotiations, including commercial terms, IP, and risk-sharing agreements.

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) standards across all sourcing activities

  • Mentoring and influence cross-functional and cross-regional teams; contribute to sourcing process excellence and digital transformation initiatives.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have successfully completed your studies in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Have significant experience of experience in sourcing and procurement and solid leadership skills

  • Have substantial experience with cost savings and process improvements.

  • Have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Demonstrate ability to lead programs/projects and ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs

  • Have the ability to build effective relationships and influence both peers and key stakeholders.
