Position Purpose:

To support the Civista Leasing & Finance Team.

Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • To deliver the Civista Experience through engaged interactions with clients, internal departments, and team members 100% of the time.
  • Professionally handle all incoming client calls and in a responsive manner, meeting all client needs, including general account and invoicing questions.
  • Maintain accurate information in the Salesforce database. Documenting all client interaction in the Salesforce database.
  • Manage title work compliance, assisting clients with any title work related issues, releasing liens as necessary.
  • Manage insurance compliance, assisting non-recourse funders with maintaining insurance requirements, follow-up and address expiring/expired insurance, and manage insurance document in internal folders.
  • Manage end of contract actions, including sending out Bill of Sale/Paid in Full, and updating systems.
  • General office duties include maintaining the phone system (conference lines & new employee set-up), coordinating off-site storage of files, office supply inventory, and manage the daily mail.
  • Scan all completed/executed documents as required
  • Follow all company policies.
Requirements:

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • Associate's degree in business administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • Solid working knowledge of bank compliance requirements, as well as knowledge and adherence to Fair Lending laws and leasing regulations.
  • Solid computer literacy (Word, Excel) with accurate data entry skills; proficient knowledge of working with spreadsheets and creating formulas. Ability to become proficient in use of specific software required for position.
  • Must have or obtain a notary public.
  • A high level of initiative, thoroughness, accuracy and organizational skills required.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills required with solid oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects with varied deadlines
  • Above average knowledge of technology and willingness to adapt to new software technologies.

Physical Requirements:

  • This position is physically located in the Pittsburgh PA area.
  • Work involves eye strain due to the constant use of computer screens and reading of reports.
  • Work involves sitting the majority of the workday.
  • Work involves being flexible, attending required training/meetings, and so forth.
