S&OE Planner - USA

OUR ROLE

We're looking for a S&OE Planner - USA to help us achieve operational excellence in short term supply chain execution. This is a hands on role focused on managing the 0-12 week planning horizon, ensuring everything runs smoothly from our distribution centers to our customer channels, such as wholesale, eCommerce, and own-retail. Whether it's optimizing inventory, solving supply challenges, or making real time adjustments, your work will keep things moving efficiently and effectively.

Reporting to our Manager, Regional S&OE, this hybrid role will be based at our Americas HQ in Wall, New Jersey.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Align short term supply chain execution with monthly plans, making real-time adjustments as needed

  • Use digital tools to streamline workflows and address exceptions, always looking for ways to improve

  • Ensure the right inventory levels for every channel, balancing availability with cost efficiency

  • Create tailored plans for wholesale, eCommerce, and own-retail, ensuring smooth replenishment and alignment with sales goals

  • Track and improve KPIs like service levels, inventory turnover, and execution efficiency

  • Work closely with colleagues in supply chain, logistics, sales, and marketing to address demand shifts and promotional needs

WHO YOU ARE

  • Education and Expertise: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in planning or supply chain execution

  • Problem Solver: You have a knack for handling challenges, finding solutions, and keeping everything on track, especially in a global and dynamic environment

  • Data Driven: You're skilled with tools like SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle, Excel, Python, or SQL, and you use data to make decisions and spot opportunities

  • Collaborative Communicator: You work well with others, keeping teams connected and plans aligned

  • Certified: APICS certifications (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) are a plus
