Are you analytical by nature and ready to launch your career in the financial services industry? We're hiring a Portfolio Accounting Analyst in Santa Ana, CA, to join a driven and collaborative investment operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, systems, and detailed financial records in a fast-paced, accuracy-focused environment.

Schedule: 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay rate: $26 - $30/hr. (Depending on experience)

The Portfolio Accounting Analyst will be responsible for accurately setting up asset profiles in the trust accounting system, maintaining and reconciling the trust reporting database, and managing daily cash activities including receipting, wiring, investing, and journal entries. This role involves coordinating with the Operations Group for bond and loan settlements, reviewing overdrawn accounts, and providing timely responses to bondholder inquiries.

Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of experience in the Mortgage/Accounting/Financial Field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial, Economics.
  • Cash Management Experience, Banking, Corporate Trust Experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and data entry.
