The Impact You Will Have The Divisional Chief of Staff (COS) is a critically important role, enabling the Chief Officers (executives) to work most effectively with and fulfill commitments to internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for assisting in the planning and coordination of activities across the division; these initiatives are strategic in nature, highly complex, and involve cross-functional teams. The Chief of Staff partners with executives, division leadership, and shared services to implement strategies through managing key activities, data and analytics, process excellence, business development, and communication. Advises, supports, assists, coordinates, and collaborates on strategic initiatives for the Chief Officers. Acts as a divisional liaison and raises issues and solutions based on feedback from other executive leadership and senior management. The COS represents their executives in meetings or situations where they cannot be present, providing updates and communicating the company's or division's position, while ensuring alignment with the executives' directives and seeking their input for critical decisions. This individual plays a pivotal role in supporting executives by prioritizing their workload, ensuring they are thoroughly briefed on all critical topics, and proactively preparing for key commitments. The role demands a blend of strong facilitation skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking, coupled with focus and flexibility. The ideal candidate must be adept at both visible and behind-the-scenes roles, seamlessly transitioning between them to ensure the executives' success. Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $132,300.00 - $178,600.00 - $224,900.00 Annual Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
