Job Overview

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Cleaning Support Team at the Kennecott Copperton Concentrator. As an Operator, you will utilize a firehose and mobile earth-moving equipment to respond to various process upsets and minor spills. This entry-level position is designed for new team members to quickly learn our safety culture and core values. You will gain foundational knowledge of the Concentrator, its processes, and the key performance indicators that operators are held accountable for.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize a firehose and mobile earth-moving equipment to address process upsets and minor spills.

• Learn and adhere to Rio Tinto's safety culture and core values.

• Gain a foundational understanding of the Concentrator's processes and operations.

• Monitor and maintain key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with team members to support overall plant operations.
