Job Title: Facets Product Specialist Location: Remote Job ID: SO# 00063411941 The Role: Individual Contributor External Facing Role Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and various facets of data models, claims, providers, plan products, membership, and groups. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in English is a must. Role and Responsibilities: * Lead the analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to support product development and enhancements. * Oversee the integration and management of data models within the Facets system. * Provide expertise in claims processing and ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling claims data. * Collaborate with providers to streamline data management and improve service delivery. * Manage plan product data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. * Oversee membership data to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. * Coordinate with various groups to ensure seamless data integration and management. * Utilize MS Excel to perform advanced data analysis and generate reports. * Develop and implement strategies to improve data quality and integrity. * Provide technical support and training to team members on Facets-related processes. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related issues. * Ensure that all data management processes adhere to company policies and industry standards. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management practices and tools. Salary and Other Compensation: Applicants will be accepted till 4/18/2025 The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $65K-$84K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
