THE JOB:
As a Runner & Stocker for the Employee Dining Room at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, you will keep the behind-the-scenes and front line running smoothly. You'll play a key role in maintaining an efficient, clean, and welcoming dining experience for our team members (CoStars). This is an on-call position.

THE STARTING RATE:

• $19.1213 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Receive, organize, and rotate stock; maintain accurate inventory and paperwork.
• Replenish and transport food and supplies across hotel venues efficiently.
• Break down packaging and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Restock service items and condiments throughout the dining room.
• Follow guidelines for food safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with food prep, labeling, and storage as needed.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience in a high-volume food service environment is a bonus.
• Previous busser or server assistant experience is a bonus.
