Tempe, Arizona:19.25-20.00/hr starting pay *Healthcare Customer Service Representative opportunity- No healthcare experience required!* *Employment Type: *Contract to hire We are hiring for intersted Customer Service Representatives who want to help others and provide excellent quality care within the healthcare call center industry! You will be supporting a Primary healthcare platform that makes quality care more affordable and accessible for its members! *A Day in the Role:* * Managing phone and message inquiries from our patients and those involved in their care as they navigate a complex healthcare system including but not limited to needs tied to insurance, billing inquiries, and appointment management * Responding to patients requests by inbound or outbound calls, emails, and chat. * Comfortable navigating or learning all things healthcare, including but not limited to medical records, authorizations, referrals, and coordinating care among our members' care partners like pharmacies, testing laboratories, specialists, and insurance * Collaborate with providers and other operations team members to complete urgent tasks * Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, participating in team problem solving, supporting in-office providers with ad hoc asks, etc. *Benefits of the role and company:* * Long term opportunity for growth within the company after contract period * Pay increase to 20.00 when brought on as a permanent employee * Pay differential for weekend shifts and hours after 6pm. * Competitice benefits offered- Medical, Dental, Vision, 100% life insurance and disability insurance * Brand New Office location in Temple *Requirements:/ Top Skills Details* * Scheduling appointmentscall center,medical record,Patient Registration,Patient Access* * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Strong multitasking skills with proficiency in computers and phones while navigating multiple software systems simultaneously * Minimum 1 year of high-volume contact center experience and minimum of 1 additional year of direct customer service experience (banking, hospitality, food service, etc. or 2 years of high-touch, patient facing healthcare service roles (e.g., Patient Access Reps, Claims Processors, Pharmacy Benefits Techs, etc. * Experience must be within the last 4 years *Additonal Details: * * *Schedule: *M-F, Tues-Sat, Sun-Thursday * *Start Date*: 5/5 *Next Steps:* Interviews as soon as this week!
