*Description*
1. Make outbound and take inbound calls a. Collect payments on live and terminated accounts via phone pay, quick collect and letters using excellent customer service skills. b. Negotiate payment solutions when the customer needs assistance and follow up when there is pending action required or payment arrangements have expired. c. Provide excellent customer service while handling incoming calls from external and internal customers with phone courtesy. 2. Manage a queue of assigned accounts *Skills* Customer service, Customer support, Call center, Collection, Help desk support, Troubleshooting, Collections customer service, Accounts receivable, Collection calls, Customer service oriented, Customer service call center, outbound calls, Data entry, Bilingual, Microsoft office, Inbound call *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * HS Diploma or GED required. Bachelors Degree is preferred. * 2 years of recent experience in Customer Service and/or Collections environment preferred. * Familiar with the automotive industry is a plus. Shift M-F 8- 5 or 9-6 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
