*Description* * Support inbound calls from members and perform financial transactions * Proactively identify and recommend the best products and services for members' needs * Maintain knowledge of services such as insurance, investments, and mortgage * Provide 5-star customer service to all members and create a lasting impression * Meet quarterly metrics and service objectives, along with meeting quarterly sales goals *Skills & Qualifications* * Minimum 6 months of previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role required * Experience working in a role with sales metrics * Ability to listen to member needs and suggest appropriate financial products tailored to their needs *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $43680.00/yr. - Traditional medical, dental, and vision coverage - 401K matching up to 5% per pay period - Accrue up to 17 days of Paid Time Off your first year of employment - 11 paid federal holidays - Special employee pricing on lending products mortgage, auto, and personal loans (eligibility for special employee pricing is subject to standard account requirements and underwriting criteria) *Workplace Type* This is a fully onsite position in Aloha,OR. *Application Deadline* This position is anticipated to close on Apr 25, 2025.
