*Position Summary:*
The Desktop Support Technician will be an integral part of the user support team. This role involves providing routine and advanced technical troubleshooting, leveraging documented procedures to resolve complex issues, and ensuring a high level of customer service to support the client's IT mission. *Job Responsibilities:* * Independently manage installations, configurations, repairs, automations, and modifications of complex technology hardware, software, and related components. * Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate complex technical problems for various products and services. * Respond to inquiries and provide detailed technical information through various communication channels, adhering to established policies and procedures. * Document inquiries and responses, and recommend procedural improvements to leadership. *Required Skills:* At least 3 - 5 years of experience in the following: * Proficiency in computer software, operating systems, hardware, and networking. * Experience with Microsoft Active Directory. * Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. * Proven experience in delivering professional and courteous customer service. At least 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in: * Windows 10/11 * Mac OSX *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
