*Job Description*
We are hiring for Client Care Specialist* *where*:* *- *Individuals in this position are responsible for processing insurance documents and emails received with an emphasis on items that need special handling. - Individuals should possess a clear understanding of all processes and business rules and how each function integrates with client specifications. - Individuals in this position will be required for the client communication, audit support, research and reporting. There will be communication via Email and Phone with the client, the insurance agents and in some cases the borrower. Phone work is required via outbound and inbound calls, however most of the communication is done via Email. - Individuals in this position will be working primarily on a task lists of items they need to complete. The system is proprietary and they will be taught how to use the system. *Job Responsbilities:* - Individuals in this role will be working off of a task list using their system - Will be doing a lot of research such as: why did this happen? How do we resolve it? How do we respond to the client with the fix? - Updating documents that come via email - Responding to client or borrowers emails and phone calls in a timely manner. Some inbound and outbound calling is required - Making necessary updates in the system - Excel reporting - Audit support and calls to insurance agents - Loan and insurance policy analysis - trying to problem solve for the client! *Job Details:* Start Date: 5/13/25 TRAINING SCHEDULE: 8am to 4:30pm - first 2 to 3 weeks. First 4 weeks are fully on-site. They are eligible to go hybrid at the start of week 5 given that they are meeting performance, attendance and comprehension expectations. If they are not, they are subject to staying in the office longer. Hybrid schedule will require candidates to work in the office 4 days in a 2 week period so essentially 2 days a week. Flexible with the days they work in office versus remote. After training, they would prefer someone to work an 8:30am to 5pm or 9am to 5:30pm shift. There is some flexibility with schedules. *Skills & Qualifications* *MUST HAVE:* - strong ANALYTICAL and critical thinking skills - must be able to research and piece things together to find a solution - strong verbal and written communication skills - via email and phone - basic excel skills - must test. at least 75% - attention to detail - preferred experience is in a role that requires analytical thinking, research and attention to detail! - ability to to adapt to change! this role could change and requires people to switch gears and adapt if needed and QUICKLY! *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
