Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in FileNet and will be responsible for designing and implementing robust solutions. This role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. The Sr. Architect will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects and contributing to the companys growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of FileNet solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the development and deployment of FileNet applications ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
• Ensure that FileNet solutions are scalable secure and compliant with industry standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FileNet applications and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain documentation for FileNet solutions including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest FileNet technologies and best practices to continuously improve our solutions.
• Mentor and train junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in project planning and estimation providing accurate timelines and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of FileNet solutions with other systems.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for FileNet development and deployment.

• Have experience with agile methodologies and project management practices.
