Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative Lead .Net full stack w/AWS (Hybrid) to serve our diverse base of global clients. As a member of our team, you will build innovative, cloud-based software that powers modern business. An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a diverse, collaborative, geographically distributed team. Similarly, the ideal candidate is an expert engineer who values the "team", drives continuous improvement and is unafraid to challenge the legacy status quo with creative cloud-based solutions.

• Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)

• Hands on tech lead managing a team of 10 folks comprising of developers and testers
• Collaborate well with product, business and other cross work streams
• Hands on work on .NET, AWS or React
• Mentor / guide team in case of technical impediments
• Help set process to do unit testing, code review, build set up, configuration management

• 10+ years of strong experience in.NET Core, MVC and greenfield development of .Net applications
• Good hands-on working experience (not theoretical) in either AWS or React.
• Good experience on UI technologies like HTML5, CSS3, React or Angular
• Experience with one or more of the following Database technologies: SQL Server,
• Enterprise experience with one or more CI/CD implementation, configuration management, build.
• Good knowledge in building enterprise applications
• Experience in managing a team of 10 folks comprising of developers and testers
• Collaboration with product, business and other cross work streams
• Experience working in an agile environment using common agile tools
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 - $141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
