*We are hiring a fully remote Sales Manager for our client in Omaha, NE. This person must hold an active Property and Casualty producer license. *
As a Sales Manager, you'll lead a team of licensed Sales Agents who help small business owners understand and purchase our unique, comprehensive and straightforward policy. You'll play a critical role in coaching, motivating, and supporting your team to consistently exceed sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Because our product and process challenge industry norms, you'll also contribute to improving how we sell, how we train, and how we support our agents. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure your team has the tools, insights, and momentum they need to succeed - and you'll help shape the future of how small businesses buy insurance. *Description* * Inspire and lead a team of licensed Sales Agents to exceed sales goals while delivering an exceptional experience to small business customers * Monitor performance and quality by tracking key sales metrics, analyzing individual and team results, and conducting regular QA reviews * Coach, develop, and empower Sales Agents through personalized feedback, one-on-ones, and ongoing performance conversations * Recruit, onboard, and train new team members, ensuring a smooth ramp-up and strong foundation product and sales process * Drive continuous improvement by refining sales tactics and implementing process and technology enhancements that drive efficiency and results *Skills & Qualifications:* * Must have an active General Lines/Commercial P&C License * 5+ years of commercial P&C insurance experience, with deep knowledge of coverage types and how they apply across industries * 2+ years of sales team leadership experience, ideally in a high velocity environment * Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving measurable team performance * Strong command of the end-to-end insurance sales process, with the ability to coach others through sales flows, develop personalized growth plans, and continuously improve internal practices * Strong communicator with the confidence and credibility to educate agents and prospects about an innovative commerce * Comfortable working in a tech-enabled, fast-paced environment with evolving tools and processes * Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools to assess performance and guide decision-making *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
