We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. In this role, you will serve as a key financial business partner, providing strategic insights and decision support to executive and management teams within assigned business segments. You will play a critical role in driving financial performance by partnering with business leaders, leading forecasting efforts, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and supporting key corporate initiatives. Primary Responsibilities Serve as key financial partner for assigned business segment(s), including R&D and G&A management teams. Prepare comprehensive forecasts, budgets, and trend analysis packages. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing insights to business leaders. Investigate and explain material variances to leadership. Build and maintain cost models to assess product and departmental profitability. Produce timely and accurate ad hoc financial and operational reports. Support corporate initiatives including M&A and profit margin analysis. Contribute to change management efforts and key finance projects. Provide financial support to the CFO and senior leadership as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and identify process improvements. Support a team-oriented culture by assisting colleagues and contributing to departmental goals. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required MBA / CPA a plus Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in a financial planning and analysis environment required. Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint required. Strong analytical skills. Strong initiative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership. Previous experience with M&A transactions foreign currency accounting a plus.
