The global eTail & Retail Marketing + Demand Generation team manages businesses across the 4Ps (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion) for our top-tier eTail and retail accounts. Additionally, the team drives demand generation strategies for our direct-to-consumer Seagate store and B2B lead programs. This team reports to Seagate's Business Marketing Organization. This highly impactful role reports directly to the Senior Director of eTail & Retail Marketing + Demand Generation.
About the role - you will:
- Lead and grow a high-performing global team of eTail & retail marketers, responsible for ownership of top-tier accounts in the Americas, EMEA, Asia Pacific, and Japan, including fully online, omnichannel, and brick-and-mortar retailers.
- Lead the company's marketing presence on retail sites, overseeing product detail pages, brand stores, and marketing initiatives, while exploring merchandising solutions to drive new customer acquisition.
- Own accounts across the 4Ps: Product, Price, Placement, and Promotion, driving the team to adopt a business owner mindset.
- Develop and implement a robust retail marketing and merchandising strategy to increase demand, optimize the online and offline shopping experience, and improve conversion rates.
- Partner closely with the eTail/Retail Business & Analytics team to contribute to long-range revenue and business planning.
- Partner with Senior Director to allocate and manage marketing budgets through team, optimizing mix of marketing, back-end programs, pricing, etc.
- Oversee the selection and management of external agency partners supporting the eTail and retail functions - for advertising, product catalog and content management, retail display refreshes, and more.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with retailers, identifying opportunities to optimize go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Maintain expertise in backend tools, eTail platform nuances, processes, and systems, while staying ahead of digital shopping trends and capabilities.
About you:

- Unique blend of analytical thinking and creative vision, enabling you to optimize the buyers' journeys online and offline, from search to conversion.
- Ability to build and implement comprehensive business plans that effectively incorporate the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) to drive market success.
- Strong collaborator with global team of stakeholders.
Your experience includes:
- Extensive experience in etail and retail marketing.
- Leading a global team of marketing professionals in a Sr. Manager capacity or greater.
- Experience within the consumer electronics category at etail/retail preferred.
- Ownership of sizeable marketing budgets.
- Dispersed vendor/agency management - optimizing mix of internal vs external resources.
- Management of etail/retail customer relationships.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $236,500. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
