SUMMARY
The Online Banking Operations Associate III provides accurate, prompt, and courteous service in supporting the enrollment and ongoing activities of both Consumer and Business customers on the Digital Insights Online Banking Platform.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures a positive customer experience as we onboard consumer and business customers onto the Digital Insight online banking platform.

  • Maintains quality control within your area and ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.

  • Prepares and delivers reports to management regarding productivity and accuracy.

  • Provides superior customer service to both internal and external customers; this includes responding to inquiries, troubleshooting, resolving issues, and following-up timely.

  • Exercises discretion, strong interpersonal skills, and independent judgment.

  • Assists with training new department employees.

  • Acts as a subject-matter expert for all processes within the department.

  • Exhibits leadership skills and capabilities.

  • Collaborates within, and across, the business line to mitigate risk, reduce loss, and improve the customer experience.

  • Assists with the successful implementation of projects, conversions/acquisitions, and testing of new system functionality.

  • Troubleshoots issues and works with various vendors and/or other departments on a resolution.

  • Cross-trains and learns other functions within other areas of operations, as needed.

  • Acts as trusted resource for internal customers.

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance Instructions, and procedure manuals.

  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizations.

  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

  • Have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy while maintaining excellent client service to internal and external clients.

  • Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgement.

  • Work effectively in team environment and promote actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending individual issues/needs, and recommending solutions.

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.

  • Ability to gain working knowledge and understanding of principles, procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies related to an assigned area, as well as the Bank's policies, procedures, products, and services.

  • Ability to understand and process multiple types of inquiries in a professional, fast-paced, and high-volume environment.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • 1-3 years related experience, training, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required
