Job Summary |
Center for BrainHealth is seeking an independent worker to fill a full-time position to assist with the implementation of an online research study. This person would provide administrative and clinical assistance and conduct research activities according to research protocol. Responsibilities may include some or all of the following: patient recruitment and screening, scheduling, online assessments and other research related activities. A willingness to learn other applications related to the research project is a must. In addition, this position would serve as the first point of contact on other research projects and provide administrative help as needed. |
Preferred Education and Experience |
Bachelor's degree in one of the basic sciences (i.e. speech language pathology, cognitive neuroscience, psychology, or other allied science) or an advanced degree in health policy. Knowledge of Alzheimer's and other dementias, experience with clinical assessments in impaired populations, and experience with online research databases is a plus. Individuals should be self-starters with the ability to work well in a team environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills are important. |

Applicants must demonstrate exceptional verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English, including the ability to communicate with clarity, precision, and professionalism, is essential to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the assessments this position will be performing. Assessments will be performed online or via a phone call with older adults diagnosed with dementia who may be hearing impaired.
Position will work on site and in person.
