We're seeking a Corporate Sustainability Apprentice who is passionate about environmental and social impact, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to real-world sustainability projects that make a difference. You'll join a high-performing team of sustainability professionals and gain hands-on experience helping to implement key initiatives that align with our long-term corporate sustainability priorities. This position will be part-timethrough the summer (up to 20 hours per week)and may continue through the academic year depending on funding and performance. This position pays $22.00/hour and has a start date of May 2025.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Researching and analyzing industry-leading sustainability trends and practices
• Supporting the rollout of sustainability initiatives and programs across the company
• Monitoring sustainability metrics and preparing reports for leadership
• Developing educational materials and communication strategies to promote sustainability engagement
• Creating compelling presentations and executive briefings for cross-functional stakeholders

What You Need to Have:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university
• Pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree in Environmental Science, Business, Sustainability, Public Policy, or a related discipline
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future

What Will Set You Apart:

• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and research skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in tailoring messages for executive audiences
• Passion for corporate sustainability topics in the FinTech or financial services space
