Client Services Program Manager

OverviewThe Client Services Program Manager leads high-impact, cross-functional programs within the Client Services team. This role ensures successful program delivery through strong program management practices, process optimization, and cross-regional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings strategic thinking, operational discipline, and the ability to engage with global stakeholders across technical and business functions. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end program management for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track orders, manage escalations, monitor program metrics, and support prioritization.
  • Define and manage communication strategies across teams, regions, and suppliers.
  • Standardize processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Use program management tools to create project plans, risk registers, and escalation workflows.
  • Apply data to support decision-making and track performance.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and executive leadership to resolve issues and remove roadblocks.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in Client Services with a strong program management background.
  • Bachelors' degree required. MBA Preferred.
  • Extensive experience working in matrixed global organizations.
  • Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies in technical environments.
  • Skilled in managing communication with executive stakeholders.
  • Strong vendor management capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint, Visio, Excel (Pivot Tables/Data Analysis), Power BI, Slack, MS Teams, and Outlook.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

In addition to the hiring qualifications outlined above, candidates must have U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work authorization, be able to pass reference, credit, criminal background, and drug screenings, and be located in or willing to relocate to the Chicago, IL area. The pay range for this position is $75,000-$120,000 and is eligible for an annual bonus.
