THE JOB:

Join the iconic Bellagio and bring your passion for hospitality to one of the most prestigious destinations on the Las Vegas Strip. We are seeking an energetic, personable, and knowledgeable Bartender to craft unforgettable guest experiences-one drink, one smile, one story at a time.

THE STARTING RATE:

• $17.5987 hourly + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholicbeverages.
• Deliver warm, personalized service that makes every guest feel like a VIP.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar environment.
• Guide and mentor bar apprentices and porters.
• Handle payment transactions and reporting with accuracy.
• Be a master of our drink menu, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings.
• Help guests create WOW moments they'll never forget.
• Resolve guest complaints in a timely manner, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Prior experience as a bartender working in a high-volume setting.
