Description

Currently, System High is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Activity Security Representative I (Construction Surveillance Technician) to join our team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assesses, identifies and communicates recommendations for improvements of policies, procedures, or systems.
- Identifies threats, vulnerabilities, and potential risks.
- Drafts security incident reports and briefs government and civilian agencies including military senior leaders.
- Manages uniformed escort personnel and associated logs; assigns, trains, briefs site security duties and ensures timely reporting of security incidents to site lead.
- Follow and enforce customers' Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Perform miscellaneous administrative support functions as directed by the contractor site lead and/or the Senior Security Representative
- Shall conduct inspections of materials being delivered for utilization in construction of secure spaces.
- Will photograph and continuously monitor the construction of secure spaces and document all steps in order to support final accreditation packets.
Basic qualifications:
- 1+ years related experience
- Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) counts towards 3 years experience.
- Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) counts towards 5 years of experience
- Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 5 years Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years)
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Current Secret Clearance. Must be able to obtain TS/SCI
- Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information
- Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph
