Sibley Memorial Hospital - Johns Hopkins Medicine, is a non-profit, full service 318 bed acute care community hospital located in the Palisades neighborhood of Washington, DC. The Ortho Nurse Navigator functions on the multidisciplinary team as an advocate, interpreter, educator, and counselor for Sibley Institute of Bone and Joint Health patients. She/he is responsible for ensuring all patients having a total joint replacement surgery receive quality and comprehensive services. The Navigator will coordinate patient care throughout the continuum in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team. She/he will serve as a clinical resource with expertise in total joint care management. This position supports the Medical Director and Coordinator of Sibley Institute of Bone and Joint Health in all clinical areas, including patient and staff education, and program development. Salary Range: Minimum 46.18/hour - Maximum $71.58/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
