Job Summary The Director of Dining Services will be the on-site account lead for outstanding hospitality and operational excellence for a designated corporate client. This position is primarily Monday through Friday (daytime and evening hours required). Outstanding hospitality, retail marketing and pantry/coffee bar management experience are required in this role. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure the successful day-to-day foodservice operations of an account * Ensure outstanding client and guest satisfaction * Manage a team of salaried and hourly associates * Ensure financial success of the account * Interview, hire, and train associates; plans, assigns, and directs work; appraises performance; rewards and disciplines associates; addresses complaints and resolves problems Preferred Qualifications: * Minimum of 5+ years of direct experience managing foodservice operations * Knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, safety and presentation * Supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal on various levels to include management, client, customer and associate levels * Strong computer skills to include various computer programs, Microsoft Office programs, e-mail and the Internet Associates at Restaurant Associates are offered many fantastic benefits.
