Take a look at this opportunity with our Sales Education and Outreach team, which is seeking a passionate individual, to fill the role of our Training and Enablement Specialist. This role is responsible for the design and development, facilitation and coordination of training sessions that increase employees' skills and knowledge, with a goal of increasing productivity and positively impacting sales results. The training focus will be on field sales team readiness, Products & Services and Company/Corporate Culture.

How you will contribute

This role will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our organization and develop your professional skills by...



  • Create, coordinate and facilitate sales training sessions by utilizing the most appropriate format for Immersion training; provide feedback to managers on new hire performance
  • Implements global training programs and materials for continuing education of experienced sales reps; includes key product launches, sales meetings, advanced sales courses, virtual meetings and other identified training opportunities
  • Leads the designs and updates for on-line learning material for new and experienced global sales staff
  • Provide support to key accounts by traveling with Prolacta Bioscience sales representatives to high potential hospitals, if appropriate
  • Coaches and mentors sales and clinical skills for field sales
  • Assure the field activities are aligned to the Competency Framework and that that implementation is consistent
  • Provide timely feedback after field visit to sales representative and direct report their manager
  • Ensure corporate culture is disseminated throughout the organization on a regular basis
  • Work closely with marketing team members to ensure a thorough understanding of products in the marketplace and to support tactical implementation of strategic marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with Medical Education team to train, problem solve, develop, and disseminate training tools for the sales team.
  • Develop tools for field trainers to optimize onboard and build the skills of the sales team
  • Understand professional development resources available to sales team members and support development that increases their contributions to the organization's success
  • Access resources to keep up to date on industry best demonstrated practices
  • Work with computer-based learning programs to ensure self-paced study compliance
  • Act as Unipoint Training Coordinator for the commercial team
  • Help assess and meet the needs of the company's sales initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with Senior Global Sales Enablement Manager and Senior Global Sales Training Manager



What you bring to the role



  • Bachelor's degree required with 3 or more years of professional experience
  • Previous selling experience in healthcare industry with demonstrated success preferred
  • Successful healthcare industry training or marketing experience also plus
  • International Field Training experience a plus
  • Clinical background in nutrition strongly preferred (RN, RD, Rph, PharmD)
