The Opportunity

We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Marketing Program Management to join Marketing Program Management Team at Adobe! Our team plays a crucial role in the Global Marketing Organization, responsible for efficiently planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing programs, campaigns, and releases. Our objective is to improve brand transparency, engage target audiences, and achieve measurable business objectives while promoting innovation and teamwork. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and project management expertise.

The Senior Manager, Marketing Program Management, will lead a team of Marketing Program Managers to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that align with business objectives. This position would oversee the Firefly product. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for fostering team development while ensuring the successful execution of marketing programs.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Marketing Program Managers, ensuring alignment with department goals.

  • Oversee the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing programs, including product launches, campaigns, and customer retention initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive alignment and efficiency across marketing operations, product teams, and Studio partners.

  • Implement and optimize processes to improve workflows, program documentation, and cross-team communication.

  • Ensure content production plans align with customer journeys, communication strategies, and regional requirements.

  • Review and approve creative outputs, providing strategic guidance on production, licensing, and budget considerations.

  • Monitor team performance, providing actionable feedback and development opportunities.

  • Serve as the primary for project risks, ensuring timely resolution.

What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 8-12 years of proven experience in marketing program management or related roles, with at least 4 years in a people management capacity.

  • Proven leadership and team-building skills.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.

  • Expertise in marketing workflows, content production, and operational processes.

  • Strong communication and cross functional management skills.

  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, JIRA, and Wiki (Adobe Workfront experience highly desired).

  • Excellent business partner management and presentation skills.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $109,800 -- $240,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
