In this dynamic role, you'll lead fitness center operations, support wellness initiatives, and engage employees and the community in achieving their health goals. What you'll do:Oversee daily operations of the Employee Fitness Center, including equipment upkeep and cleanliness.
Maintain accurate membership records and conduct safety orientations and facility tours.
Engage members by providing guidance, motivation and support tailored to individual fitness goals.
Coordinate group fitness classes and wellness programs based on member needs and interests.
Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase participation and awareness.
Manage service provider contracts and maintain wellness content on the Intranet and announcement boards.
Educate employees and community members using evidence-based wellness resources.
Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic Community Health Improvement goals.
Develop and deliver wellness programming, support health screenings, and provide subject matter expertise across departments.
Lead the Salem Health Wellness Champion program, training ambassadors to promote workplace wellness.
