- Cloud and AI Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to accelerate Lenovo's capabilities and offerings in hybrid AI cloud, and AI-powered services, ensuring alignment with evolving customer needs and industry standards.
- Platform and Software R&D: Build an R&D team focused on platform and software service development, including architecture, design, engineering, and integration of modular, scalable technology platforms and user experience.
- R&D Oversight & Budget Management: Manage the global R&D project portfolio, tracking project delivery, adoption, business impact, and budget allocation to optimize investment outcomes.
- Innovation & Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing technical team, driving innovation across AI, cloud-native platforms, automation, and data-driven service delivery models.
- Executive & Customer Engagement: Leverage domain expertise to engage senior customers in strategic discussions and evangelize the technology-led differentiation in our portfolio to increase confidence in our sales, channel partners, and customers in our offering.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management, Sales, Delivery, and Alliance teams to ensure successful enablement of the technology platforms as part of go-to-market strategies and seamless customer experiences across SSG's offerings.
Qualifications & Experience
